This is an agreement between AdsoftIndia.com and any user who uses any services offered by AdsoftIndia.com. Before signing up to any of our services, you must accept the terms stated below. If you are unsure about any part of the user license don’t continue with the registration process, instead contact us, and we will explain it to you.

Users must not make any illegal material/information available for download from any of our servers. This includes but is not limited to, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities. AdsoftIndia.com will terminate the privileges of any user that commit repeat violations of copyright laws.

Using AdsoftIndia.com network to make available any obscene speech or material, or using our network to transmit, or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language is banned. Users must not attempt to access illegally or without authorisation, computers, accounts, or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another individual’s system (hacking).

Clients may not send email to anyone who does not wish to receive it. If a recipient asks to stop receiving email, the client must stop. Clients are expressly prohibited from sending bulk mail messages (“junk mail” or “spam”). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailings of commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who explicitly requested it.

Users must not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network (“denial of service attacks”). This includes, but is not limited to, “flooding” of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and attempts to “crash” a host.

Clients must safeguard their account passwords to prevent unauthorised access to their account. If any information is lost due to a client not protecting their passwords AdsoftIndia.com will not be held responsible.

Users must not engage in any activities that are determined to be illegal, including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software.

AdsoftIndia.com reserves the right not to accept accounts for hosting for any reason it deems appropriate. We also reserve the right to cancel an account at anytime, for any reason, with 15 days notice. Accounts that violate any of the terms of service stated within this document, including late payment or non-payment of fees owed, may be cancelled without notice.

AdsoftIndia.com shall have no liability to the Client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from anything done by AdsoftIndia.com or any of their clients.

AdsoftIndia.com is not liable for loss of data. There is a small chance that a clients data may be lost, for this reason we recommend that users backup all of their files.

If for any reason we have to move your account from one type of server to another, we will make sure you have all of the features on the new server except we reserve the right to not provide the same scripting solutions or database solutions. There is no compensation or money back for these type of unexpected problems.

AdsoftIndia.com reserves the right to change/update this user agreement without notice to any of their clients.

adsoftindia considers and intends to be subject only to the applicable laws in force for the time being in INDIA and to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra State alone.
